The design platform AUSZUG takes place over three days.Set-up days are Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

Concept

With its annual sales exhibition, AUSZUG provides a platform for creative artists in the field of design and creation. The association jury selects established labels and newcomers to participate. A connection to Zug is preferred.

Association / basic flat rate / passive membership fee

AUSZUG is organized as an association.The AUSZUG association provides exhibitors with a basic infrastructure and advertising material. The basic flat rate per label is CHF 100 and is offset against the stand costs. These costs also include a compulsory passive membership of CHF 50 for all participants for one year.

Stand areas

We will mark the stand areas on the ground. There are no partition walls, own partition walls are only permitted with prior agreement and may be a maximum of 2.1 meters high. Stand design and furnishings are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Shared stands

Exhibitors can join forces and create a shared stand. Please mention which label in the comments when applying!However, the basic flat rate of CHF 100 applies per label.

New Comer

We also offer a stage for up-and-coming artists! Newly founded labels can apply for a New Comer stand, stand size 4 m².

Light

Basic lighting will be provided by the Chollerhalle. Spotlights for individual lighting are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Burning candles or torches are not permitted.

Electricity

Electricity will be made available to all exhibitors with power strips at various central points. Please bring your own extension cables.

Selling

Customer advice and sales are provided by the exhibitors on their own account and within the stand areas.Labels with culinary offerings may offer tastings.The sale of drinks or food for immediate consumption is not permitted by Chollerhalle.

Insurance

Theft and property insurance is the responsibility of the participants

In addition, we offer you

  • Flyer AUSZUG min. 100 pcs. Per label, these “must” be distributed sensibly, additional flyers and max. 10 pcs., A3 posters can be ordered free of charge.
  • Entry on the website with a picture and short description of your label
  • “Online advertising package” for AUSZUG. This package includes suitable images and information for social media and your e-mail distribution.
  • Communication with classic and new media
  • Poster advertising for AUSZUG in the Zug area
  • Hall tour in October, date to follow.

Registration

Registration deadline: 1th of June, 2026Registration: With online form, directly on the aus-zug.ch website.

Confirmation of participation

Confirmation or rejection for AUSZUG 26 will be sent by e-mail by 18th of June, 26.

Invoice

After confirmation of participation, we will invoice you for your stand space, which must be paid by mid-August 26 at the latest.

Cancellation by exhibitor

Refund of 75% of the invoice amount for written cancellation by 20.8.26Refund of 25% of the invoice amount for written cancellation by 20.9.26
